Changelog of pybackup project

pybackup 0.2 2003/06/18
- Skips this: if you have downloaded "foobah-1.3.tgz" and untarred it
into a dir such as foobah-1.3/, THEN pybackup will store ONLY
foobah-1.3.tgz and will skip backing up the foobah-1.3/ directory,
this is intended to avoid saving redundant info.
- Uses lowest compression (0) for already compressed files, such
jpg, zip, gz, rpm ... 
- Now it allows to continue the process, if it stops, using the
variable continuedir (see backuphomdir() for details) . 

- Fixed a bug when tarring a writable dir which is subdir of an
unwritable dir.

- New tool intented for future incremental and diferential backups.
Description for
 * It sorts files into sets grouped by the criterion having been used around
 * a determined time.
 * For example:

 Those files in my home dir where changed at the same time. So I knew what I
 was doing at that point of time.
